Test and Tag is a process of checking your electrical appliances and tools to ensure they are safe. The assets are tagged with electronic barcodes as evidence of this checking process.

2. What are the benefits of Test and Tag services?

Testing and tagging is compulsory for hire equipment, on construction sites, or for electrical items that have been repaired. However, regardless of whether it is compulsory for your business to have testing and tagging carried out, all employers are held legally responsible for providing a safe work environment. This includes ensuring electrical equipment is well maintained and safe to use.

We have payment plans to suit you, depending on which of our services you require.

Basic Test & Tag Service:
Have your electrical appliances tested and tagged.

Test & Tag Audit Service:
A one-off service to have your items tested and tagged and electronically recorded on our database. We will provide you with a copy of the report.

Annual Contract
Come on board with us and arrange for an annual contract for an agreed price. We will test and tag your items, electronically record them on our database, and visit your site at intervals to ensure that your items are tested and tagged at the appropriate times in order to comply with AS/NZS3760 standards. Not all items require testing and tagging at the same time. There is no need for you to keep track of when your items should be tested and tagged - we will do it for you. And you receive up-to-date reports after each site visit.
